Giving up is not the answer; nor is giving in

I believe God wants you to know...

...that giving up is not the answer. Neither is giving in.

Stand your ground.

There is a way of doing that without having to be combative.

There is a way of hanging on to your true self, and demonstrating it, without resorting to aggression.

But giving up and giving in is not the way.

Simply and quietly claiming your right to be You is the way.

You know exactly why you received this message today.

However the messages put in your blog was something very soothing and bringing me warmth within .myself. Many thanks and continue writing through your blogs . I can relate to your blogs being similar to the Sharavanam manananam nididhyasanam at Radio Sai Keep the good work going - Sairam Sainath

    1. Sairam brother,

Thank you for both your comments on my blog posts. Surely it is Swami who has led you to my blog through brother Aravind's blog. :) I blog just for my own satisfaction. That's all. By the way, if I may ask, what makes you say my blogs are similar to 'Shravanam, Mananam, Nidhidhyasanam' on Radio Sai?

  2. Sairam Sister ,
Fundamentally here through your blogs your are trying to contemplate on an article or swami's quote/snippet etc. which is very similar and the need of the hour as a satsang to bring into practice the SAI way of life. I was having a feeling when i was reading through your blogs and there was an urge to comment more on the Topic and that was the sheer reason in drawing up parallel with the program @ Radio Sai
Once again please keep up the good work going with more and more articles.

    1. By Bhagawan's grace, I do some volunteer work for Radio Sai as well. :) And so I thank you and Bhagawan for your comment comparing my posts to the program from Radio Sai.

Certainly Swami and His discourses and the various programs and articles I have been listening to or reading have left a deep impact on me. It is indeed Swami who has transformed my life. I owe everything I am to Him and so I am trying in my own little way to practise at least some of His teachings.

I just post on my blog something that has inspired or touched me and most of it is related to Swami but sometimes I do post certain quotes from other sources too. I'd be glad if you read many of my posts and leave your feedback comments. Thank you!
